2. Overview

We process personal data only where there is a legal basis to do so and to the extent necessary to provide this website. This page explains what data we collect, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have.

3. Hosting & server log files

This site is hosted on IONOS Deploy Now by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, your browser automatically transmits data that the server stores in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary for secure, stable operation.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely). Logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and stable operation and are then deleted. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.

4. Cookies & tracking

This website uses only technically necessary data and currently sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Should we add any non-essential cookies or tracking in future, we will request your prior consent via a consent banner (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and update this policy.

5. Fonts

Fonts are self-hosted on our own server. No font data is requested from, or transmitted to, Google or any third party when you load this site.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us (e.g. by email or via the contact link), the data you provide is used solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual / contractual) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding). We delete this data once it is no longer required and no legal retention periods apply.
